We would like every League member to know the rules of The Horse’s Axe Throwing League. Learn about our Axe Specifications and how we’re gonna run it. We’re not exactly the same as other axe throwing leagues. Be a Smart Axe, not a Dumb Axe!
Heck yeah, you can! Missed throwing days can be made up on another League night at your home location. Make up throws can be made in advance of or after your time away during the 7-week season. Make up throws cannot be done during scheduled bye weeks. Please let us know if you have a change in your schedule. We’ll work with ya!
All participants must use a Horse’s Axe or THA axe. If an axe is modified it’s weight and measurements must fall within our Legal Axe Specifications. See our rules and regulations page.
We prefer you throw at your home location. But, yes, you can throw at any Horse’s Axe location. Your scores will be entered at your home location. But also, any home location advantage or disadvantage is not considered for scoring when throwing at a different location.
A prize purse will be distributed to 1st and 2nd place in both the Advanced and Intermediate Leagues! All League members get 20% off Horse’s Axe Merchandise.
We will accept sign ups through Week 2. But, space will be limited per location. So, we suggest signing up early. You can make up your week 1 throws on another League night.
